Features & Benefits

A custom pavilion creates a destination within your property—an independent, covered space where you can gather, cook, dine, entertain, or simply enjoy the outdoors in comfort.

Our pavilions combine the warmth of wood construction with spacious proportions and architectural details that complement the distinctive residences of Charleston and the Lowcountry. We design structures with character, where elements such as heavy timber posts, exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, and detailed rooflines can become defining features of the project.

Their versatility makes it possible to create anything from an elegant poolside retreat to a complete entertainment area featuring an outdoor kitchen, dining area, lounge, or fireplace. The result is a central gathering place that can be enjoyed throughout different seasons of the year.

Each project can express a distinct character—from traditional Lowcountry charm to more contemporary architectural lines—while maintaining refined construction and a presence suited to high-end residences.

Every pavilion is individually designed for the property. Its size, configuration, architectural style, materials, and additional features are determined according to the project requirements and the client’s vision.
